LittleBigPlanet Sellers Charging a Premium for Recalled Version

I wrote about a pair of references to the Quran in the background music tracks of LittleBigPlanet derailing the North American release of the game, and forcing a worldwide recall. It didn't occur to me (though it should have) that enterprising folks were bound to see this as an opportunity.

Search for "LittleBigPlanet" and "recall" on eBay and you'll find a bunch of entrepreneurs selling the recalled version for as much as $200, or more. That's generally the "Buy It Now" price, though; you can get it for a "bargain price" starting around $100 if you want to do an auction.

Click the above image for a screenshot of search results.

Fortunately for our sanity, there aren't too many sellers ... only about a page's worth.

Sellers are advertising the (relative) rarity of the item, with one saying:
This is an uncensored (now collector's edition) copy of the game, which you will not be able to buy once the recall takes full effect.
I can think of another place you can get it, although I'm not suggesting you do so: BitTorrent. I'll bet there are copies of the uncensored version readily available (as is typical).
